(a/n) nothing to do with reading the books just a one-shot the popped into my head and woulden't get out. I own nothing.
Dumbledore's Birthday party.
Albus dumbledore was a very strange man...
Only he would want a bithday party like this. The great hall now had a deeper floor. 9mts deep to be precise. And it was filled with water. It was basicaly a muggle swimming pool. The sides of the hall all had silver railings so people who could not swim the best.
That evening the students of hogwarts got a very strange command. Professor McGonnagol announced that dumbledore was having a birthday party and that they were supposed to go up to their commen rooms and change into swim-wear and then come down to the great hall. A very strange request indeed. So after they all had done just that they walked down the great hall and lined up outside the doors.
When the doors opened they all gasped and stayed still for a while. Then the gyffindors all jumped in first years first and seventh years last.
"Look Longbottoms so fat he just floats on the water." Malfoy jeered
Then the hufflepuffs jumped in. Then the ravenclaws. The slytherins refused...so the gyffindors pulled them in. But the students wern't the only ones in the pool. Professer Dumbledore was in the very large and deep pool and he pulled in professor McGonnagol. Professor Snape like the slytherins refused to go in so Remus Lupin came up and pushed him in.
"Your hair looks so much nicer now that its been washed severus!" Remus laughed.
Professor Snape did not find it very funny.
Suddenly the pool started changing colours. It went from yellow to blue to red to green and kept repeating this cycle.
Then at 8:00 the pool water suddenly went purple and it was time for all the students to sing happy birthday to professor Dumbledore.
"Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday dear Headmaster
Happy Birthday to you
hip hip hooray
hip hip hooray"
After that it was time to go back to there dormitries and get ready for bed.
Why Dumbledore wanted a birthday party like that no one would ever know.
But then again Dumbledore was a strange man...
