"You must have really clear pores."
Suigetsu shot a 'WTF' look in Karin's direction.
"Riiiight."
She stood up.
"No, I'm serious. You're made of water and whenever you need to, you just turn to steam. Great for your skin, I bet."
He rolled his eyes.
"What you might not have thought of, idiot, is that if I turn to steam, I'm gonna get blown away by the breeze."
She burst out laughing, ignoring the fact that he called her an idiot.
"Do it! That would be so funny!"
His jaw dropped, but then he started smirking.
"Only if I pick you up and take you with me."
He didn't see the fist coming but managed to dematerialize just as he felt the impact. Karin looked at her hand and gasped.
"Wow! You'd be great in a siege!"
"What now?"
She wiped the water on his shirt and stepped back, watching as he absorbed it.
"Well. Say the village has walls, right?"
He nodded warily.
"All villages with walls have to have a water supply. You could just float downstream and open up all the gates. That's pretty cool."
He groaned.
"Karin, look. It might seem like a good idea, but what happens to a clean river when it goes through town? People pick it up in buckets."
She fell over laughing as he continued.
"I would be split up all over the place. Plus, someone might drink me and let me tell you, that is not a pleasant experience."
Her expression became horrified.
"Are you serious? Did that really happen to you?"
He nodded slowly, shivering.
"It was the single most disgusting moment of my life."
"How did you get yourself back?"
He glanced at her.
"Well, I can let nature take its course, or I can convince their stomach that I really am no good for them and force them to throw up."
"So which one did you pick?"
He looked at her incredulously.
"Are you seriously asking me that? Which one do you think I would have picked?"
She shrugged.
"Nature."
She smirked as he mimed throwing up.
"Wrong on all counts. Puking works."
She nudged him as she saw Sasuke coming towards them.
"I dare you to do it to Sasuke tonight after he eats. He says he's never been sick in his whole life."
He followed her gaze and smirked.
"As disgusting as it will be, the end result is worth it."
