Please, help me find this fic, I could not find other great place to ask people who might know...
It's after Episode V. Luke, Han and operatives find Vader in a hospital on a small planet, they take him to the Alliance base, where Vader gets medical help and at the same time cunningly persuades Luke to be on his side. After achieving that, Vader goes with Luke to the Sith planet (which is like a living entity; Sith people are not evil, Vader is their leader, and Palpatine doesn't know about it).
I remember it was a great story in 3 long parts, but I don't remember the author or the name of the fic...
