UnderCover Twins

A Castle Fanfic

The Terrible 2's…

Shouts & giggles could be heard throughout the Castle Loft. Alexis, Martha & Rick were in the living room when all of a sudden…

Kate yelled, "Richard Castle get your butt up here now!"

"What did I do now?" he yelled back.

A few seconds later they saw Alex Nathan running through the upstairs hall covered in bath bubbles giggling & laughing.

They all started laughing like crazy.

Rick said, "Oh Boy! I'm in trouble!"

"You better go help her with the twins." Martha said.

Rick ran up the stairs & caught Alex in his arms. Kate stood there outside the bathroom holding their daughter Kensi in her arms wrapped in a towel.

"Well it's about time you got up here!" said Kate.

Rick said(smiling), "I'm sorry, but you have to admit it's so darn funny!"

"I should smack you one for that remark, but then again I won't." Kate said.

Rick answered, "You won't?"

"No. I'll just have you give the twins their bath next time." Said Kate (smiling).

Rick said, "Now Kate…"

Kate interrupted him…

"Don't Now Kate Me!" yelled Kate.

Rick cringed. Kate smiled lovingly & said…

"Why don't you help me get them dressed & into bed for the night."

"Ok." Said Rick.

Downstairs both Martha & Alexis smiled. They heard the whole conversation between the two of them.

Later on that night…

Rick & Kate were in bed snuggling together when Rick said,

"You ever think about having more kids?"

Kate smacked him playfully & said, "And have me to take care of all of them by myself! I think not! I would actually like to wait until the twins are older say like age 5 or 6. That they're both in school. Maybe older than that too? Besides we would need a bigger place to live."

"Ok. You're right about that, but I would like more someday before we're old & gray." Said Rick.

Kate said, "Me too. I can't believe you just agreed that I was right?"

"Yep. I did!" Rick said.

They soon fell asleep with smiles on their faces & dreams of the future.

Hope you enjoyed this one-shot! Don't know when the next one will be? Depends on when the next idea pops in my head!
