Hermione bolted around the corner running towards Harry with tears in her eyes. She collapsed right in front of Harry.
" He's doing it again "
Harry sits down next to the sobbing Hermione. " Whos doing what ? "
" Ron is snogging Lavender "
" And why do you care "
" Because .... Because .... BECAUSE I'M IN LOVE WITH HIM "
Harry looked at her shocked. " Wow . I don't know what to say to that. "
" YOU SHOULD SAY THAT EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT "
" Okay , everything is gonna work out Hermione. Everything will be okay. "
" NO EVERYTHING WON'T BE OKAY "
" Hermione I know how you feel "
" HOW CAN YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL "
" Can you please stop yelling ? "
" OKay . How do you know how I feel ? " Hermione wipes one of her eyes and then wipes the other. Tears still running down her face.
" Because I too love someone who loves someone else " Harry wipes a tear off Hermione's face .
Hermione looks Harry in the eyes for the first time since she collapsed to the floor " Oh Harry I'm sorry I didn't realize you were going through your own problems. "
" It's okay. "
" WHy didn't you ask me for help ? "
" What if the person with all the answers in part of the problem ? " Harry whispered
" What are you trying to tell me Harry ? "
" I... I ... I love you "
" Wow I don't know what to say " Hermione leans in and kisses Harry on the cheek. Then she leans away for a moment to look him in the eyes again. Then she leans in one more time and kisses him on the lips.
