Otherwise NaruHina would be canon at least.
Table 1: Random Words.
Theme/Prompt: No.10. Distracted.
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Even to the others around her, some were strangers even, it was obvious she was capable of being distracted by a certain blond haired,
ramen loving loud , even being sixteen, she found she still could not even utter a proper sentence around Naruto.
Which in turn saddened her considerably.
So, Sakura had suggested a bike ride in the park. The sky was bright blue, barely a cloud in the sky and even with the sun out, it was not hot. Just a nice Spring day.
With slight hesitance, she agreed and a few minutes later they had arrived in the park and it seemed as though others were adamant to enjoy the beautiful day as well.
Smaller children played games on the grass and the older children were showing off their ninja poses to one another.
The sight of the people smiling and having a good time made her smile as well. Sakura noticed and smiled as well. And the two rode in companionable silence for a few minutes.
Until it happened.
Breaking the silence, Sakura began talking about different things but what she didn't know was that Hinata had already spaced out as she had seen a certain tan, ramen loving ninja.
It was hard for her to even imagine not looking at him. His blue eyes sparkled in the sunlight, blond hair swaying with the breeze and an ever present cheerful smile was planted on his face as he merrily chatted with Shikamaru.
She was so lost in her thoughts about Naruto, she barely heard Sakura shouting to "Look out!"
Right after being brought back to reality, which was a little too late, she collided with a tree that was off the sidewalk to the right.
The end result: She was thrown off of her blue bike and hit her head against the tree. Enough to make her vision blur in and out and become dizzy for a few moments before everything turned black.
Vaguely she could hear someone calling her name. It wasn't Sakura's voice, it wasn't even a females voice at all. Even before she could open her lilac eyes, she realized who was calling her name, with concern too.
Positive her face was redder than blood, her eyes cracked open. Despite her body numbing embaressment, a small smile graced her face before she spoke. "N-naruto..." she trailed off as his deep blue eyes lit up happily seeing that she was alright. While he went off about being relieved she was okay, Hinata decided to relish the moment as long as possible.
As he helped her up, she knew he would hold on to this feeling forever.
Neither noticing Sakura's knowing smile on the side-lines.

A/N:
The ending is different than I imagined but blame the crashing bike idea on one of the
'Three's Company' intro's. I can see Hinata doing .
