AN: I guess it was kind of dumb to write the sequel first but thats just me.
Chloe was moving into her dorm room Met. U. Her dad had just left after he and Pete moved her stuff into her room. She was glad to see Pete again it would be fun going to school with him. It just wouldn't be the same with out Clark though. After his third mysterious disappearance in three years Chloe doubted she'd see him again. She wasn't going to go look for him either though she missed him terribly still loved him.
Her cousin Lois was her roommate. She hadn't made it yet and Chloe had the room to herself for a while Lois was never on time for anything. She had a feeling Lois was trying to track down Clark. Chloe shook her head and went about unpacking her things. She put in her The Essential Cyndi Lauper c.d. She picked up her photo album and thumbed through it.

She didn't feel the tears slide down her face until they hit the transparent cover that you slide the pictures into. She didn't bother to wipe them she had to deal with this and finally move on. She couldn't continue to love a man who will never love her. Especially a man as weird as Clark was. He never let her in and he was always running off. Maybe it was more the mystery than the man that attracted her. Then again the man was just as amazing as the mystery. She gazed at the picture her eyes traveled over his gorgeous green eyes his chiseled features and his lush lips. The lips that had only kissed her a few times (that she could remember.) She knew there were some things about the cave worm incident that Clark didn't tell her.

Chloe was crying hysterically. Usually she would have stopped and got a grip on herself but she needed to resolve these issues once and for all.

Just as the song ended Lois burst into the room breathing heavily and Chloe quickly hid her tears and put away the photo album. "A little help here Chlo." Lois shouted. "Just a sec." Chloe said and as she stood up to help Lois she felt lighter. Like a weight had been lifted off her heart.
