Sublimino frowned while he paced in his living room. *My parents should be here now* he thought. He glanced at a television screen. ''Maybe television will distract me,'' he muttered. Sublimino saw a remote control on the floor. After lifting the remote control, he switched the television on.
A damaged car was against a tree. One of Sublimino's eyebrows went up. *That car looks familiar. It looks like the kind of car my father drives*
he thought.
Sublimino faced the door after he heard a knock. He began to smile. *My parents are here* he thought. Sublimino switched the television off and placed the remote on the sofa. He walked to the door before he opened it. He grinned as soon as he saw his parents.
''Enjoy your week-long visit,'' Sublimino said.
The parents stepped into the house.
Sublimino hugged his mother. ''It's good to see you,'' he said to his parents. He tried to hug his father before he went through the latter.
His eyes became wide. ''Dad! The car accident...''
Sublimino's mother frowned. ''Your father never saw the road while he flirted with me.''
