China was just about to drift off to sleep when he heard a knock at his bedroom door. He got up and opened his bedroom door. He saw chibi South Korea was standing on the other side clutching his stuff panda bear close to his chest.
China kneeled down, "bad dream?" chibi South Korea nodded, "okay, come in then, aru"
Chibi South Korea followed China back to his bed and climbed up. China laid down beside him and gave him a little kiss on the forehead.
"Good night aru" China fell asleep.
China woke up later and saw chibi South Korea starring up at the ceiling. It had bamboo with several pandas climbing them and a dragon weaving in and out of the them painted on the ceiling.
"What is it, aru?" China asked.
"Aniki, look there's a dragon. How did he get up there da~ze?" chibi South Korea asked.
"That dragon has always been there aru"
"Really?" China nodded, "why is he up there?"
"Legend says he protect the house and will follow you around making sure you are safe"
"But I've never seen him before da~ze"
"You would not have because he hides whenever you try to find him. So do not worry, as long as the dragon and I am around no one will harm you aru"
Chibi South Korea hugged China, "I know, night aniki"
China smiled, "of course you do, goodnight"
