Prologue
The heat of the hot sun fell against his skin; the rays of sunshine blinded him temporarily. Soon a familiar face appeared to be smiling lightly at him. For a moment he couldn't recognize this face till the man's spiky blond hair.
Suddenly he reached up for the man and saw that his hands changed to the size of a baby's. It was then Solas realized, this wasn't a dream it was a memory.
BRRRAAAAKKKK! The thunder roared and Solas woke up with a start, welcoming the darkness that was his everyday life since he'd lost his sight. He sat up and with the help of thunder, turned toward where he believed the window to be.
He could hear the storm out there once more.
"Young man aren't you getting cold standing out in the run like that?"
He turned around to the sound of the elderly man coming from behind him. All he could see was blackness, and Solas did his best to look like he was staring at the man despite being blind.
"It's fineā¦I like the rain."
"You'll catch a cold at this rate boy."
Solas remained silent as he heard the sound of a wooden door opening. He could feel the heat of a fire entering within the establishment.
Soon he could feel the man's eyes on him and then he asked,
"Are you a traveler?"
"No." Solas answered, pausing for a moment before he gave the elderly man this simple explanation,
"I'm looking for my father."
Hey guys!
The sequel to From You is finally here!
Sorry for the long wait on this story, again I had another prologue in my computer but then I lost it when my hard-drive burnt out! So I had to start the whole thing over again!
And yes The Prequel to From You is still being written! The Plan-Part III will take a while to write, because like this story I had to start over from scratch! So bear with me peeps!
Anyway,
I hope you enjoy this short prologue you guys! Please read and review!
