Spongebob and Peter Griffin were both hanging out in the Griffin's household, with the Family Guy giggling in a suspicious manner as Spongebob was concerned.

That was the last straw, with Spongebob stuffing Krabby Patties into Peter as he then enclosed the fat man in a big bubble.
