"Captain, if you release your sphere 1.13 seconds earlier, it would travel at a more beneficial trajectory." Jim Kirk sighed. Why did Spock always make things so complicated?
"It's just bowling, Spock. Stop being so scientific and have a little fun. Lighten up, man." The first officer raised a slanted eyebrow at this.
"Are you suggesting I should lose weight, Captain? I weigh the equivalent of 180 Earth pounds and am therefore well within regulation limits." He said, a confused expression etched across his face. The young captain sighed again. This was going to be a long day. 'I should have brought Bones.'
