The characters in this story are Zero and Kaname.
The main girl is named Madeline Rose, Maddy for short.
This is my first story.

The air turned cold. The nights grew longer. Everyone in the kingdom of Bellccinia began preparing for the long winter ahead. This winter was said to be the coldest and longest yet. Young 6 year-old Madeline, future princess of Feorie, was playing in her room with her 2 year-old sister Katelynn.
Madeline got up and went to grab her baby sister's pajamas. She heard her baby sister scream and cry. She turned around to see a strange man holding her little sister. The man had shaggy black hair. Red eyes. And pale skin. He was stroking her little sister's hair. He look like a demon straight from the deaths of hell.
"Well, I thought this young one would be tasteful... but the smell of you changed my mind." The man said in a voice that would send chills all through your body. He set Katelynn down on the floor. Before Madeline knew it the man slammed her into the wall so hard she thought she nights black out.
She was so scared she couldn't even let out a single yelp. The man smiled at Madeline. There she saw what he was. She saw his fangs. Sharp and ready to drink. She looked him in the eyes. His eyes were filled with hungry and inpatients. He leaned in straight for her neck. She closed her eyes and prepared for her end. She felt the fangs just on her skin. Her heart raced unbelievably fast. Before the man could bite Madeline, her mother's guard Garrett busted through the door and pulled the man off of Madeline. Madeleine' s dad came in and grabbed her. Her mother came in and grabbed Katlynn.
Her mother held Katlynn close to her, just as Madeline' s dad did with her. She buried her head in her dad's shoulder. When she looked up Garrett had his sword on the floor and bloody. He was over with her Mother trying to comfort Katelynn. Madeline look and saw the man. There was a pool of blood around him. Madeline felt sick to her stomach. She pasted out in her dad's arms.
"Isabelle." Garrett said to Maddy' s mother. "I don't think you want her to remember this." He said. Isabelle nodded.
"Your right... they shouldn't remember. It will cause them nightmares. I do not want them to think their life's are in danger." She said. With that she placed her hands on both Madeline' s and Katelynn' s head and said one word in Dragon. That wiped their memory of that night. It was in their best interest that they did not remember this night.
Maddy doesn't remember the fact that vampires ARE real.
