It had been at least 3 months since Justin had began liking and loving Alex, even though they are brother and sister, he loves her more than the brotherly way.
Justin is in his room looking out the white rusted window as raindrops begin to fill the street. He's thinking about telling Alex today. He prays and hopes that she won't be upset and runaway or tell their parents. He could understand if she did though.
He thinks about his favorite saying as sits down on his comfy bed. He has been staying in his room till he is hungry so he doesn't have to see her every second of the day. Whenever he thinks of her the saying Love is our greatest strength but is our greatest downfall. That is when he hears a knocking on his door.
"Who is it?" He calls walking slowly to his brown door that is covered with outer space posters.
"It's me, Alex." Alex proclaims stomping her foot, impatient like.
Why is she here, oh lord, I can't tell her right now, I'm not ready. Justin thought slowly turning the door handle and opening the door, knowing it was too late to turn back.
"Finally, can you take me to Fred's?" Alex asked, walking into his room.
"Why can't mom or dad take you?" Justin countered leaning against his door frame, watching her as she touched and played with his action figures.
"Well, if you ever left your room every once in while, you would know that they're gone to get groceries." Alex replied touching Justin's academic medal.
"Fine, Alex I'll take you." Justin said grabbing his keys. He had been a licensed driver for 3 months, close to the time that he started liking Alex.
They got in his car, and he told Alex to put on her seat belt. Which she just complied to, knowing if she didn't they would be in the garage forever. Now they had reached Fred's clothing store. Alex was half way out the car when Justin found the courage and grabbed her hand. He had felt a spark as he touched her and wondered if she felt it too.
Alex turned around her eyes sparkling brown eyes connecting with his. This is when he knew she felt the spark.
"What is it?" Alex asked softly getting back inside the car.
"I need to tell you something." Justin answered softly, pain and sadness showing in his eyes. The emotion she wanted to see most was love but it didn't show in his eyes.
"Come outside and tell me." Alex proclaimed knowing that it wasn't enough space or air in the car, or at least that's how she felt.
They both got out of the car. Alex came around the car to Justin, who was in front of the clothing store. It was still raining pretty hard outside, so they both put on their own hoods.
"I- love- you." Justin proclaimed, he kissed her not letting her respond to what he had just said.
Alex's mind was losing control with excitement, she loved him too. Then he stopped to catch his breathe letting the rain slightly touch his lips.
"I love you too." Alex proclaimed kissing him softly.
He had confessed his love and she loved him back. He loves rain because of that day, and its lovely rain.
That's just so beautiful, anyway R&R and if I get enough review I might make this a story so R&R.
