Just a short story to keep you on your toes for awhile
The shattered glass around me, so much like my own life. Once it was normal, stood tall & bright. But behind the glass layed a shallow empty hole. Now it's apart, lying on the floor my reflection, broken scattered in pieces. The hole in the wall now shows.
I run a piece of broken glass down the bare flesh of my arm clenching it tight enough to draw the endless red blood from my fingers. The flowing pain is soothing so beautiful-not the pain itself but the feeling afterward. The blade of glass stops at my wrist tracing it's decided path. I dig deeply at a point and pull. This will be the last pain I feel my entire pointless life. My last breath my last goodbye to the few who will think of me, either with hate or indifrence.
Yes I was in a morbid mood and being the manic deppressive I am started laughing.
