Disclaimer: If I owned Queer as Folk, Justin and Brian would have ended up married, or at least...differently. Not that I think they broke up.

A/N: Again, Brian and Justin are hard to keep in character, without getting too sappy and 'ridicolously romantic', but I tried. And again, again, I always wanted to know what happened after Brian's mom left. (Who by the way, deserve to burn in hell. What a bitch)

Brian closed the door after his mother. Her 'you will go to hell' kept screaming in his head. Not that he minded, he didn't believe in hell.

He walked over and sat down on one of the couches. Justin took a seat beside him.

"So your mom didn't know you were gay?" he asked.

"No"

"You tell me that Brian Kinney, the biggest man-whore on Liberty Avenue didn't come out to his parents?" Brian shook his head, getting annoyed.

"No I didn't. Just my father. Excuse me for not wanting to hear my mom tell me that I will go to hell"

"What did your father say?" Brian laughed.

"If he wasn't dying, he would have strangled me. He told me that I was the one who deserved to die"

"Fucking asshole" Justin muttered, and Brian smiled a little.

"Yeah"

"I would have kicked his ass if he was still alive, you know" Justin said, and Brian laughed.

"You?"

"Hey, I can fight. I throw a mean punch"

"So did he"

"Okay, okay, I would probably have hired some guys to do it, happy now?" Brian grinned.

"I would, too, to your old man, if he wouldn't get me arrested for it". Justin lay his head on Brian's shoulder.

"Dads are assholes"

"Yeah."
