Sharpay Evan's was the picture of perfection.
What with her delicate fair skin, to her beautiful chestnut eye's, all the way to her shining blonde hair. Not one strand out of place.
She definitely looked the part, and she knew it. There were very few people she herself felt superior to. Oh yes, she knew she was perfect, but there were oh so many other thing's about her that one could never know by looking or even talking to her, and it was oh so very hard for her to let you in, that very few people ever really attempted it.
She was nearly everything that the word "Perfect" in itself describes. And everyone knew that.
The grass is green, the sky is blue, Sharpay Evan's is perfect.
So of course, seeing as all anyone really knew about her was this picture perfect image, it never really crossed anyone's mind that there was that possibility that she might not be completely flawless. Granted she was smart, pretty, everything and young girl wish's to be when she grows up. But still, there were those flaw's, those very small pieces of the full 1000 piece puzzle missing.
The insecurity was very well hidden, but still there, and if you looked carefully, you could probably see the tear's reflecting the fear in her deep chestnut eye's, people only saw the mask, and never saw those small insecurities, thus starting the whole "Ice Queen" facade.
Not many people had ever heard her bright cheerful laugh, or even seen her soft tender smile, which would be contagious enough to make you yourself smile as well, even if there was really no reason to be smiling whatsoever. That's just the way Sharpay affected people who knew her enough, though, no one really did.
So no, she may not have been "Perfect" but surely "Ice Queen" was a little far off, she did have more flaw's than people knew about, but she was nearly perfect, and that's all any human could possibly be. One thing most people didn't know about her though is that she never "Really" felt all that alone. Sure, she may not have had any friend's. And even though she had tried so hard never to end up alone, to no avail, she could never place herself in that category, because she herself didn't believe that she was one of those people, the one's that stood out, oh yes, Sharpay did stand out, but just not like that, not in the odd way. Why do people want so badly not to be alone in the first place, because in the end, if we're all alone, then wouldn't we be, all of us, still alone together.?
Sharpay didn't have friend's, that was a fact, but she had follower's, and Ryan, and Kelsi. And surely that was enough. But to an onlooker it would seem that word, that dreadful category really did fit Sharpay, Lonely. Sharpay was an actress, she never really needed friend's anyway.
But despite what anyone might tell you, Sharpay Evan's never really wanted to end up all alone.
