Dorothy and Charlie had been walking through the forest for days now. "So, exactly how long 'til we get there?" Charlie readjusted her bag on her shoulder. "Actually.. we're here" answered Dorothy with a smile. They were standing in a clearing, in front of a small white house. Charlie let out a chuckle. "What?" Dorothy gave her a strange look. "You're telling me this is where the good witch of Oz lives?" Right when Charlie said that, the door opened and a gorgeous blond girl stood in front of them.
"Hi! I'm Glinda." Charlie just stared, mouth agape. "Um.. uh, um hi i'm uh, i—" Dorothy cut her off. "I'm Dorothy. And this is Charlie." The witch gave them a soft laugh. "I know. I knew you were on your way. Well, come inside!" Charlie tried to look as normal as possible but stumbled on the wooden step in front of the door. Thankfully, the good witch caught her with a swift move. "Whoa, you okay there?" Charlie's cheeks flushed a deep shade of red as she racked her brain for an answer. "Um.. oh, yeah i'm good, um great, yeah" Glinda gave her a beautiful smile. "Well you should be more careful. Wouldn't want you to hurt that pretty face of yours."
By then, Dorothy could see what was going on. She chuckled under her breath. "Um, Glinda? Bathroom's still on the second floor, right?" Glinda took her eyes off Charlie's. "Oh? Um, yeah, go ahead." Well, one thing was sure. The long trip was definitely worth it.
