I tried this once before but it didn't work out, got caught up in school work and all of those other wonderful excuses. So, I decided to try it once more! The plot is still under construction, but I think I will go with the basic: freaky things go down in the school. So, if you want to be apart of this soon-to-be story, fill it out and send them in! Please, read the rules BEFORE you send the OC in.
1. This is a rule that everyone has, but I still might get some. So... just to help you, let me just list a few things. Also, if I see some things that are iffy, i'll ask you about them.
-If they have unbelievable power for their age or just in general, make them have either a psychical or personality flaw. Example: Stein is one of the most powerful meisters on the show, but he often struggles with madness with and the urge to cut people open. Or a better example: Death the Kid. You know his weakness of OCD counters his shinigami powers.
-Every ability needs a reason, if they can fight like a kung fu master and their history shows no sign of even going to a self defense class, that's a no.
-For appearance, two different colored are iffy but alright, just don't make them have two different colored eyes, a thousand tatu's and ten different hair colors.
2. They can't be related to any of the main cast in any way
3. Witch's over Eruka's age or around Eruka's age (they look eighteen), they can't be good because of the sway of magic.
4. You need more than two sentences for personality, history and appearance. Unless the history isn't that important or is extremely normal and you just don't want to get into it.
5. There can be independent weapons.
6. You cannot mix titles with the "good" characters. Meaning, no meister and weapon or animal hybrid or anything like that. I may consider it, if they play for the bad side.
7. This isn't so much a rule, more of an observation. So, if your character does not have an awful past (including murders of family, rape, etc.) you get bonus points. Also if their not on the complete ends of the spectrum, I am mainly getting extremely nice guys/girls or harsh and cold girls.
