Mass Effect: Legacy

Dr. Liara T'soni, while on an archaeological dig, uncovers ruins of an unknown species and, unwittingly, sets forth a chain of events that will change the galaxy. Now, she must traverse the galaxy, meeting new friends and avoiding enemies, all the while uncovering the secrets of the Terran Federation. Rated T for safety reasons.

Okay, this is my latest attempt at a ME story and, hopefully for all of us, this one sticks. I'm sincerely sorry for my constantly deleting stories, as I'm well aware some of you are quite annoyed by it. So am I, in all honesty. But, I'm a major perfectionist and very indecisive. Not exactly an award-winning combination, sadly.

So, I'll try something new instead of simply giving you a timeline. Here's a few things you'll need to know:

Humans were blessed by the Traveler and are a Tier 1 species(if you don't know what that means, ask a Halo fan or google it).

Humanity is a precursor species, around at the same as the Protheans, but the two species never formally met. Like the Protheans, they went extinct, but by an entirely different force than the Reapers.

Other than that, Humanity's history up until their extinction is entirely up to your imagination, unless revealed in the story, itself. So, if you have any ideas or suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them. And, let's all PRAY this one is here to stay.
