Well, today's the day. The day I become a witch. The word sounded revolting, even in my head. Why I was the one who had to go fraternize with those baboons was beyond me, and with an IQ of 4000, that was rather hard to achieve. I looked at myself in the mirror, even in my disgusting human form I was rather beautiful, with purple/pink eyes and silver hair. My wings, usually a soft orange, were invisible. I looked so empty and small without them. I set down my silver fairy wand on the table, some fairy dust falling out as it did so. I picked up the ugly, barbaric witch wand, grimacing as I did so. Imagine, making a tool from a tree. It's like they didn't evolve at all. Anyway, I was also wearing a robe. Yes, a ROBE. It's not even like they didn't have magic, they could make clothes as light as air out of residual magic like we did, but noooo, they just HAD to go and make something itchy and gross to make everyone wear. I gave the wand a weak flick and two sparks flew out of the end. I shook my head, if I'd done that with a fairy wand half the forest would be on fire. With a sigh I tucked my fairy wand into the pocket of the robe and went to meet Severus.

Severus Snape, the hottest boy in the forest, was going on a mission with me. That alone was almost enough to make up for having to spend time with wizards. His wings were a soft green, and his eyes were a stunning gold. His muscles were toned and bronze. I mean, I was a looker myself, I had even been in a few modelling pageants, but Severus was something else. There he was, in the gross human robe, but it didn't detract from his looks at all. His glamour showed pasty skin, greasy hair and a hooked nose, but my fairy magic saw right through that to the super-hot fairy inside. I smiled as I saw him tug at his robe uncomfortably.

'Hi Severus'

He turned to face me. His eyes got all wide but he settled his face into the scowl that he'd been wearing before I came in quickly. Hm, maybe this human body would do…for a while.

'Uh…hi, Indigo-Starlight'

I smiled a dazzling smile at him. My full name was Indigo-Starlight Rose Fyrefeather, but my Fairy name would give me away as a Fairy in Hogwarts so I was going as Starla Rose instead.

'Starla, for the next few years, Severus.'

He nodded quickly. We pulled out our fairy wands for the last time for a while, instantly transporting us and our luggage into an empty cabin in the Hogwarts Express.
