Yuki: I was thinking about the opening song from Fruits Basket while reading the third manga I borrowed (coughSTOLEcough) from Azumi. I thought, "Hey. You know what. I'm gonna write something pertaining to Furuba." So I have. This can either be from Yuki or Kyo's POV, but I intended it to be from Yuki's. I always liked Yuki and Tohru together. Although I love Yuki, they're still cute. And for you Japanese language impared people, 'itsumo' is always.
Itsumo, Itsumo
I see you looking back at me,
Your eyes alight.
I look right back and all I see
Is you.
Itsumo, itsumo
I wake at dawn and I see you,
My friend.
As the morning light glows it's vibrant hue,
I think of you.
Itsumo, itsumo
Deciet and dishonesty flow through me.
"They'd run from you, they'd hate you,"
You will, nor can, not see my cruelty.
You, my one true friend
Itsumo, itsumo
No one's seen how I have lived,
In fear of someone knowing.
Not even my own kin,
Yet they share my pain.
Itsumo, itsumo
But you have seen past my shell of dishonesty,
Past my lies and double-dealing.
And it is this that comforts me,
I feel as though you know my fear.
Itsumo, itsumo
My friend, as you may soon know
I'd stay with you forever.
Forever and itsumo.
Itsumo, itsumo
Yuki: Ever notice how hard it is to read and write and the same time? Like... not reading what you're writing, but you get the idea. I just saw this picture of Yuki looking at Tohru all sad-like in Furuba 3, sad and happy at the same time. LOVESTRUCK! HA! I win, I figured it out. So that's what made me write that last part. I almost left it at the second to last "Itsumo, itsumo" but when I saw the picture of Yuki I kind of went, "Aww, he's sad. LET'S WRITE ANOTHER VERSE FOR HIM!"
Yume: ::appears out of nowhere:: Yep!
Yuki: What are you doing?! You aren't supposed to be in here! ::shoves Yume into hyperspace:: Well, r&r people, I hope you liked it!
