He, who for love, searches in vain
She, who for life, time and time again, runs away
Like a snake he appeared from the earth, horses reined
and retreated with her, into shadows grey
For six moons she was shackled by his side
Like a mare to its ignorant master
Food he gave her, with a lie
To eat such would cause disaster
Her saviour came, a deal was struck
One which left both unhappy
They, like ying and yang both faced ill luck
conflict, though resolved, left our heroes sadly
So the tale of he who longs to be loved
And she who yearns to be freed
So, I wrote this as a sonnet for school and thought Fan fiction might enjoy it. There's not much intro really. It's just a sonnet that isn't picking sides, acknowledging the dificulties for both people while telling the story. Also, for feature reference; if there seems to be random U's in words it's beacuse I am Canadian and was taught to spell with U's in a lot of different words. For example: Colour, Favourite and honour. Reading is nice, reviewing is even better. Finally, if you have criticism to give, don't you dare be nice about it. I'd love to know what I need to improve on. Well, that's about it. Sorry for wasting this much time and space.
