Whenever Emma read the poem that Galen wrote for her, she blushed, and Rayna made fun of her for it. Today, it was worse than usual, so to get back at Rayna, Emma snarked back with, "Is there any guy you have your eye on?" "I'm sorry?" Rayna replied. "I was wondering if there is a guy that you're into, because you mentioned a couple of weeks ago at the mall that there were so many cute guys there and you were just awestruck." Emma clarified. "Oh no, ha-ha, I have a mate, remember? Toraf?" Rayna snarked, with a smug grin on her face.

It's been a few days now, and Emma hasn't heard from Galen, which worries her. He deleted all his social media and she hadn't received a text since 4:30 that morning. Even his message confused her. Nope. Never again, it read. What's that supposed to mean? Emma wondered. She started crying, with uncontrollable gasps. When Rayna walked in, she saw her and instantly softened. "What's wrong, Em?" Rayna had asked, genuine concern oozing from her face and words. "Have you heard from Galen?" Emma asked, hope dripping from her words. Rayna shook her head. "When was the last time you got a message from him?" Rayna asked, worriedly. Meanwhile, in the kingdoms, Galen felt a sharp, stabbing pain in his gut. Guilt he thought. "But why do I feel guilty?" Galen wondered out loud. Then, it hit him like a brick to the back of the head. "EMMA!" Galen realized, he must have hurt Emma so badly with leaving no explanation, and such. "What have I done?!" he wondered. He would have to go back. Try to fix things with Emma. He would do whatever he had to, because she was the only girl that he had truly ever loved and didn't want to ruin it already.
