If Only Things Were Different

By: Black Angel Juuhachigou

Forlorn at the brinks of Death

Finding a new life

Though the periods of Happiness

Always bring Sacrifice

Held against your will

Placed in forever seclusion

None other than the Evil One

Who tortured till illusion

You're world nothing

But a hellish fight

You will forever live

In continuous night

Juuhachigou stared at the man that was cornered. ''Have mercy!'' He cried. Juuhachigou lowered her eyelids. ''I know no mercy,'' She whispered. Her hand formed a ball of energy. "Please! I have a family." Juuhachigou shot the ball of energy, and killing the man. "So sad how humans beg for mercy," Juunanagou said. Juuhachigou turned and flew off without and words. Have Mercy! The words rung through her ears. She grunted and flew farther. 'There is no mercy in my world of darkness.'

It started to rain without warning in the hot summer air. Making it musty. Her blonde hair stuck to her face and hid away her angry face. She landed and took shelter in a deserted safe house. One that was used years ago. She rung out her hair and clothes. It was cool and dry here, making it almost comfortable. In her tastes at least. Juuhachigou could hear screaming off somewhere. Juunanagou must of found another hide out of the humans. She formed a disgusted look on her face. The only thing on his mind was childish things. But his incompetence was minded. As she sat there in deep thought, her only nerves were tainted. Yet there was no sign of anyone in site.

A couple of drops of water could be heard of somewhere. Not to far… Maybe near. The blankness of the solitude she valued was shattered by footsteps. She snapped her head around in an instant. ''Who's there! Show yourself!'' Nothing but the darkness and quiet. Juuhachigou sneered and turned around again. Foot steps once more. This time she ignored them. It was probably another human trying to kill her. ''Stick' em up.'' Juunanagou's voice said. Juuhachigou glared at her younger brother. ''Are you done?'' He nodded. ''I had…fun.'' Juuhachigou rolled her eyes. ''You're such a toddler sometimes, Juunanagou. All you're doing is killing a bunch of silly humans.''

Juunanagou sighed. ''I'm growing tired of this game.'' Juuhachigou fixed the strands of hair that fell out of place. ''Well there isn't any really any competition around this pit of a planet. Just a bunch of humans.'' Juunanagou's face curled up into a smile. ''I heard that there were warriors in West City that fight well. Why don't we pay them a visit?'' Juuhachigou rose. ''Let's. I've grown tired of these silly weak humans anyway.''
