I stretched and rolled over on the large bed. Smiling at Jareth's crazy hair I cuddled into his side. His arm lazily wrapped around mine.

Picking myself over my little brother was probably the most selfish thing I had ever done, but I don't regret it. Call me mean, call me evil, I love where I am. When I simply moved forward and pressed my lips against Jareth's that night after going through the labyrinth, I knew that this is where I should be.

"Sarah?" He whispered and it took me back from my memories. I looked over at him and looked deep into his eyes. His blonde hair spiked out in all directions and I smiled at him.

"Yes?" I questioned.

"Are you ready?" His question took me off guard for a minute and then I remembered.

"Yes." He turned on the bed and his lips caught mine. Every time we kissed it seemed magical.

"Then let us go." He got off the bed and I felt myself struggle to get up. I would rather stay in bed all day then go to meetings. That was what we had to do and being Jareth's partner I had to go with him.

I changed quickly into a white dress, similar to the one I had had in my dream with Jareth, dancing around. I pulled my hair back and fastened it before walking through the castle down to where Jareth was. His arms wrapped around me and I closed my eyes for a minute.

"Do we have to do this?" I whispered and he nodded, his head pressed against mine.

"Yes, my dear. They must meet you." He said quietly and walked away. This playing with my emotions was driving me crazy. One minute he acted like he couldn't stay away, then the next he didn't seem to care at all.

"Where is Toby?" I called to him, suddenly feeling a bit of guilt in my side.

"Taken care of." He called back and I heard the squeal of happiness. I turned but Jareth closed the door behind him, blocking my view from my little brother. I grumbled and went outside to where the carriage sat. Despite being in whatever time period we were currently in we did have a carriage. Thank god. I could not walk in this dress.

I climbed into the plain carriage, painted black, with two large brown horses harnessed up. Hoggle climbed up to the top and refused to meet my eyes. He had been my friend but refused to talk to me now that I was with Jareth.

Moments later Jareth entered and wrapped his arm around me, pressing me against his chest. I think he had issues with commitment because he always wanted me close to him.

"Onward, Hoggle."
