HAT: HERE! A little something to make you laugh... or rather to make me laugh, if you laugh, it's a bonus.
Disclaimer: I own nothing except for the plot, everything else belongs to... *sighs* Andrew Lloyd Webber... YOU WIN THIS ROUND WEBBER!... and the next one... and the next one... just read before I get depressed.
Macavity let his presence be known to the Jellicles and then when all disappear save to two, Bombalurina and Demeter, he holds back and stands next to his brothers Munkustrap and Rum Tum Tugger for the first time in years on peaceful terms and his eyes observe the two dancing seductively along with his brothers and he adjusts to see the dancing better and when the two spin around he finds himself as hypothesized by their hips as the she-cats when his younger brother, Tugger, shakes his own or when Macavity hypnotizes another..
"Now I remember why I attack during the Jellicle Ball," he sighs.
"Thank you for that," Munkustrap says quietly, silver eyes still ogling Demeter.
Tugger smiles. "Most definitely thank you... Oh, look at Bomba! She must be the best one out there."
"Here come the others," Macavity says with a grin despite how high Demeter's voice gets.
"Please, keep attacking every year. It seems to get better and better," Pouncival says, patting the Hidden Paw's shoulder as his emerald eyes watch Bombalurina.
"No doubt," Macavity promises.
"You're all shameless," a Scottish voice says and they all glance at the Scottish tom who glares at them.
"You're just mad because Jenny won't let you watch," Alonzo says.
Skimble rolls his eyes. "No, I'm upset that you're watching my daughter like she's a piece of meat!"
"Hey, hey, hey, you're not the only one mad, my sister's out there," Mungojerrie says, though his eyes never leave the ones he's not related to unless to glare at the tomes ogling his little sister.
"And our little sisters are out there too," Macavity, Tugger, Munkustrap, and Mistoffelees say at the same time, their eyes not leaving those they're not related to either unless to glare at the others staring at their little sisters (yes, Macavity cares about his little sisters too... sort of).
"Thank the Everlasting my sister isn't out there," Skimble sighs.
"At least not anymore," Tumblebrutus reminds. earning a glare from the railway cat.
"Don't forget that I don't like you and I'm a fighter," Skimbleshanks growls.
Tumbelbrutus backs away, paws raised in defeat. "Just saying."
When the song ends Macavity snaps out of his trance and sighs. "Well, until next year..."
"Until next year," the males say, save for Skimble.
And then the males jump back in to defend the females... and that's why Macavity didn't attack during the she-cat's song about himself.
HAT: I had to do it! It's been in my mind for a while and I just had to do this.
Macavity: *coughs* That doesn't happen...
HAT: Liar.
Macavity: *glares* Just for that, I'm not gonna say it.
HAT: Noooo! Come on please?
Macavity: No.
HAT: *sighs* Fine... REVIEW PLEASE!
