This yukata was absolutely not proper attire for battle, not in the least; it was a chore to get on and off, movement was severely limited, too many parts to get caught up in the tendrils of Shadows, for goodness' sakes, no wonder people only wore these for festivals--!

"Aigis-san?"

…great, and on top of it all…

The blonde turned to fixate her analytic glare on the possessor of that voice, glassy blue eyes narrowed irately at him. "What do you want?" inquired the robot harshly, the cause of her annoyance divided between his mere presence and her clothing. If he attacked, she wouldn't be able to efficiently defend herself!

He gave a sheepish smile, his hand resting in the soft fabric of his yellow scarf. "Well, I wanted to say that you look absolutely beautiful, Aigis-san," Ryoji replied easily, to an immediate switch to defense on Aigis' part. "But now I want to know why such a stunning girl is so hostile; I haven't tried anything, after all."

"It…I am programmed to be unaffected by verbal coercing--"

"Coercing? Perhaps to get you to go on a date with me sometime--"

"I do not go on dates--"

"You really do look lovely, you know; that yukata complements your perfect eyes--"

"My eyes were designed for optimum analytical ability--"

"--and your hair, you should pull it out of your pretty face more often--"

"--Ryoji-san--"

"--I'm impressed, really, with whoever built you--"

"--the Kirijo Group is responsible for--"

"--and personally, if it's not too intrusive--"

"--th-this isn't--"

"--the way that outfit makes your body look just pulls all of your beauty together."

Her awareness faded and her eyes glossed over, body becoming rigid as all mechanical sounds quickly petered out to silence. It was at this convenient moment that Junpei approached the pallid youth and the still robot, munching on takoyaki and staring in amazement at Aigis. "…dude, I think you overheated her," remarked the capped junior.

"…oops?"
