Edd sadly walked past the vacant houses which were located in the cul-de-sac. Memories of the kids he and his friends would scam slowly faded from his mind. He was alone. Somehow, he knew it'd be this way for a long time. He dad would continually state
"Life's not fair, not everything is all cookies and milk Eddward." As a child he would think this everyday and enjoy every living moment of his childhood.
That's when it happened, the first strike. Bombs came raining down the sky, along with shrieks of terror andpieces of concrete and wood flying through the air. It all happened so fast, remembered taking cover in a nearby vacant house which was untouched.
A few hours later he walked outside after the shrieks of terror and loud explosions ringing through his ears slowly came to a stop. What he saw that day, as a 14 year old boy scarred him for life.
Bodies were everywhere. Theones he once called "friends" had either died of the explosion's impact or by multiple bullet wounds in various areas. He had no idea what to do
Bassically, this is a story about the apocalypse with very few survivors remaining, Edd being the main character as his wits are needed for the other chapters. Don't expect the next chapter tomorrow, I have school.
