Disclaimer: I do not on any part of the 70's show, however I do claim 100% ownership rights to this piece. It may not be great but I wrote this and it came from my heart.

Authors Note: This is another piece I wrote a few years back in 2005....are you starting to notice a pattern? I surely am. I'm in the process of criticizing my work, no idea why so don't ask me. I don't consider myself a writer, but I have often heard that writers are their own worst critics. After reflecting on this particular piece, I found that it related to Jackie and Hyde in a way. It relates to Jackie mostly in season two once more. She wants nothing more than for Hyde to notice her, but all he can see her as is the bitchy cheerleader whose dating his best friend. In the same respect, I found this poem related to Hyde in the same way. Remember in season one when Hyde developed a crush on Donna? What if there was more to it than that? What if Hyde felt for Donna more than he wanted to let on? Would telling Donna this have made any kind of a difference for Hyde chances with her in season one? Anyway I'm done ramble so enjoy.

Did you Know:

Did you know that I exist.

Did you know that I am here.

Did you know I have a heart?

Did you know that it could break?

Did you know that's why I run.

Did you know that's why I tend to hide away.

Did you know I kept my feelings deep inside.

Perhaps I just have too much pride.

I would give my heart for you to keep.

But if you broke it, I sure would weep.
