Just a random little thing. Nothing special.

It was crying again. He sat in his room reading. Someone would make it stop that seemingly annoying crying soon. A minute pasted. It continued to cry. He silently put the book down and went into the room down the hall, flicking the light on. A squirming little baby lay there, her face red as fat tears rolled down her cheeks. He watched it, emotionlessly. His glass eyes reflecting the baby's face as she continued to cry out. Where was that woman his father asked him to call 'mother' at. This was her child after all. Shouldn't she be here watching the thing squirm about helplessly. Her squinted little eyes were locked on something by his feet. He followed her gaze until he saw what she wanted. "Now you know not to throw your things about. Next time I may not come in to retrieve it." He said, no emotion in his voice as he picked up her small stuffed animal, placing it in her crib. He watched to see what she would do. She looked at it, her cries dying down. Her tiny hands grabbed it and she fumbled with it, touching the soft fur on it. He stayed for awhile, observing it as it made small noises. He stayed until her eyes shut, and he got bored, leaving the room, turning the light off.
It seemed like Kiriyama did have a heart...sometimes.
