Eleanor Branstone was a little nervous. She'd just transferred to Hogwarts after being expelled from her old wizard school, and she was worried about making new friends. She really, really, didn't want people to find out about her past.

She stepped up onto the Hogwarts Express, holding her minuscule robes around her thighs as they flapped in the wind. Eleanor quickly ducked into the first carriage she came across.

She collided straight into the most gorgeous man she'd ever seen.

He was much taller than her, with a graceful, hooked nose and slick, shiny black hair. His pallid white skin seemed to gleam in the candlelight of the carriage.

"I.. I'm so sorry!" She stammered.

"And so you should be." the graceful man sneered. "I think you'll have to do a... special detention."

Eleanor gasped. She hadn't even reached the school yet, and it looked like she was going to be up to her old tricks. Her cheeks flushed an embarrassingly bright shade of red as the adonis in front of her swiftly moved out of the carriage, his cloak billowing out behind him.

"Don't mind Snape. He's full of hot air." A burly boy roughly a year older than Eleanor smiled at her. "I'm Oliver Wood. You don't seem like a first year, yet i'm sure I haven't seen you around Hogwarts before?" Eleanor shuffled nervously under his gaze. "My name is Eleanor. Eleanor Branstone. I used to go to Beuxbatons academy until... until I moved." She blushed again. "I'll see you around Hogwarts Eleanor." Oliver replied. He then winked and closed her compartment door.

Eleanor slumped down into one of the seats and exhaled. Hopefully history wasn't repeating itself. Surely this year at Hogwarts would be different?
