Almost
By Too Lazy
In an attempt to bring peace to the factions of J/E and W/E Fans here is a semi-long dabble of what Elizabeth's heart feels. Please no flames trying to bring peace here!
Elizabeth Swann loves William Tuner; there is no doubt about it.
Elizabeth has loved Will since he first opened his eyes and told her his name.
She loved him then, she loves him now and always will love him with almost all of her heart.
Almost.
A small part of Elizabeth's heart was claimed when she was very young, and long before Will had entered her life. He was the man of her dreams and she had never before met him.
He was a man who sacked Nassau Port without firing a single shot; he vanished under the eyes of seven agents of the East India Trading company. This man did what he wanted when he wanted, he was a pirate, scoundrel and scallywag, and Elizabeth admired and fell in love with Captain Jack Sparrow.
Elizabeth loves Will Tuner from the moment she met him, there is no doubt he would die for her and she for him, yet it was Captain Jack Sparrow who taught her to breathe.
As a child cooped up indoors learning how to sew and act like a proper lady, Captain Sparrow's legendary exploits let her dream of a life where propriety and rules no longer applied. He let her dream of a life where she was free to be herself. Captain Sparrow had saved Elizabeth from drowning in boredom and from water.
When Captain Sparrow, her legend, told her in an uncharacteristic moment of vulnerability that the other stories held no truth at all, she still loved him, Elizabeth loved Captain Sparrow or just Jack now. She loved Jack because he told her of a way to freedom and that she had what it took to obtain that freedom if she wanted it.
Peas in a pod darlin'.
Elizabeth loves Will Turner, when he kisses her Elizabeth feels safe, warm, and truly loved. It is the only kiss she should ever want to know, but, she wonders what it would be like to kiss Jack Sparrow the other man of her heart.
However, when the occasion presents itself, it is not what Elizabeth would have chosen given the choice, but it will have to do. Jack's kiss is not like Will's at all, it is more tentative as if asking a question, that is if she and Jack had more time and if she was not doing this to save her self and her true love William, could they, and would they have had something more? Elizabeth would never know nether would Jack.
Elizabeth Swann loves William Turner enough to kill for him, but she loves Jack Sparrow, enough to risk her life and the lives of others to find him at World's End and bring him back.
Elizabeth loves Will; there is no doubt, loved him from the moment she first saw him and loves him now with almost all her heart.
Almost.
A part of Elizabeth's heart, always did and forever belongs to Captain Jack Sparrow, the legend, the pirate, the man, Elizabeth will always love him too.
