CYBERHAWK VILLAINS

Breughal:

A twisted politician who spent much of his young adult days as a ghoul,

Breughal uses a deadly combination of political power and ruthless strength to dominate the people.

Wears a business suit or dresses in business casual while conducting politics, but dresses in leather for his more nefarious acts.

The Piper:

Dressed in a hooded grey and green cloak, Evan Clark, (AKA The Piper), is a former stage hypnotist who was heckled out of business by his colleagues during a public contest. Humiliated, he perfected his technique. But rather than return to the stage, he uses his abilities to kidnap and control whomever he feels can help him with his current scheme.

Lady Borgia:

A historian and the widow of a late vintner, Mrs. Sophia Lang lost her husband when fluid meant to clean their wine-bottling machines ended up in a batch of their wine, also killing ten people who had drank it before a recall could be issued. The accidental poisoning caused her fragile mind to snap and for her to become convinced that she is the reincarnation of Lucretia Borgia. Welcoming her terrible "past", she is set on poisoning anyone she feels does not fit her idea of a "proper human being."
