Diggle ran from his car parked outside Verdant to the liar as fast as his feet could carry him. When Laurel had texted him and Felicity in a group message and told them that Oliver was back, he couldn't believe it.

Last time he saw Oliver, they were all locked up in Nanda Parbat, and Felicity was yelling at Oliver for betraying them.

He had to hold her in his arms while she sobbed. He suspected that something must have shifted in their relationship last time they were here, for her to be this openly brokenhearted, especially when her ex-boyfriend was standing 10 feet away from her staring awkwardly at his feet.

When Diggle first saw Oliver, the real Oliver, standing near the remains of his old suit, he could finally believe, now that he'd seen it with his own eyes, that his best friend was back.

Diggle approached Oliver slowly. Oliver simply smiled at him.

"I'll explain later," he said, smiling.

"Good enough for me," replied Diggle, shaking Oliver's hand and pulling him into a hug.

Suddenly high healed foot steps could be heard near the entrance of the liar. Everyone knew who it was, and everyone held their breath to see what the visitor's reaction would be to finally seeing Oliver again.

When Felicity peaked her head around the corner, and calmly began to walk straight towards Oliver, everyone was startled at her calm appearance. For the person who was effected most by Oliver's apparent betrayal, she was awfully calm.

Felicity suddenly stopped right in front of Oliver and looked deeply into his eyes. Almost as if she was assessing if he was truly their Oliver.

Diggle stepped back towards Laurel and Thea to give them space, and was shocked by Felicity's next reaction.

Instead of a hard slap, Felicity lifted on her feet and wrapped her arms around Oliver's neck.

Instantly Oliver lifted her into the air, and she wrapped her legs around him. They just stood their, wrapped in each other, seemingly as if they forgot everyone else was in the room.

It warmed John's heart to see his two closest friends finally come to embrace their feelings.

It warmed Diggle's heart so much that he began to smile broadly, that is until the kissing started.

The next second, Oliver and Felicity were making out as if each other's lips were air and they needed oxygen. They were biting, sucking, and using tongue. Basically they were showing WAY too much affection as far as John was considered.

"Woah, SO do not need to see this" Thea whispered to Laurel who just laughed.

"He never once kissed me like that" replied Laurel, who was smiling warmly at the couple.

"Should we tell them to stop?" Diggle asked, slightly amused but mostly horrified.

"We can hear you" yelled Oliver. Felicity then turned bright red and buried her face in Oliver's neck.

Oliver turned back to Felicity, and whispered something private in her ear.

"Hmm?" she replied, not quite hearing him.

Oliver spoke louder. "Sweetheart, as much as I don't want to, I have to put you down, my arms are still sore from my month from hell".

Felicity simply shook her head, burying her head further into Oliver's chest.

Oliver simply smiled. "Okay baby, we'll figure something else out. I missed you too." he replied softly.

Felicity nodded her head, and Oliver carried them to the steal table and sat them on it.

"He never called me 'Sweetheart' either," Laurel said loudly to Thea.

Everyone laughed.

"You're going to marry her, huh Ollie?" Laurel asked Oliver amused.

Felicity finally lifted her head and looked at her friends.

"He has no choice" she said positively.

Oliver simply shrugged, and kissed his new fiancé on her temple.

"There was never a choice" he said only to Felicity.
