"Hey," Sara greeted Greg, distracting him from his thoughts as he sat hunched up on the bench in the locker room. "I heard about Chandra leaving, I'm sorry." She murmured, taking the seat next to him.

"Yeah." Greg sighed. "Guess you heard about me failing my proficiency as well then?"

Sara shrugged, "You'll get another shot." She assured him. "Just got to find someone else to take your spot."

"Because it was so easy the first time." Greg muttered.

"Cheer up." Sara murmured, hating to see her friend so disappointed.

Greg mustered up a half smile. "Make me." He challenged.

Sara sighed, her mind running through her options. She finally settled on one. "I have a date tonight."

Immediately Greg straightened up, shock registering on his face. "What? With who?"

Smiling widely, pleased that her plan had worked so well, Sara held out – refusing to answer his question.

"Oh, come on. You have to tell me!" Greg complained, smiling in spite of himself.

"I don't have to." Sara pointed out, laughing at the expression on Greg's face. She leant forwards, making sure no one else would overhear. "You have to promise to keep this to yourself." She bargained. Greg nodded eagerly. "No winking at me, no cheeky comments." Greg nodded again, his heart pounding in anticipation. Sara leaned closer again. "Catherine."

Greg's eyes boggled, "WHAT?" He started, the look on Sara's face made him lower his voice, "Catherine…isn't she dating…Chris?"

Sara glanced at her watch, "She's breaking up with him now." She answered, blushing slightly. "Then she's meeting me a Lucci's."

"Wow…" Greg blinked. "I'm cheered up." He nodded emphatically.

Sara grinned, "Stop thinking that." She warned him.

"What? I gotta have something to occupy my thoughts while I'm stuck back in the lab." Greg protested, grinning widely himself. "And what a something."

Rolling her eyes Sara shook her head, "Does that mean you're going to keep looking for someone to replace you?" She questioned.

"Yeah." Greg nodded. "Thanks Sara. Enjoy yourself, ok?"

Sara smirked, "Of course."
