Unrequited Love.
She knew he didn't love her. He never did, not in the way she wanted.
She always wanted for be the love of his life, his better half. But she was just his sister-in-law's little sister to him.
It wasn't his fault, but it wasn't her fault either.
She had loved him since that fateful day when he had saved her from drowning. Of course, people say it was Harry who actually saved her, but the moment she opened her eyes she saw him there.
The image was stuck there ever since.
Heartbreak.
It was inevitable. She knew it was coming.
So when he rejected her love, she shouldn't have shattered into a thousand pieces. But she did.
But it wasn't his fault. He loved her, he was just not in love with her.
Disappointment.
When he came home with her for the first time, she felt as if she had been stabbed by a thousand knives.
When he introduced her as the love of his life, his words pierced right through her heart.
Was she ugly?
Was she stupid?
Was she not good enough?
She was disappointed with her own self.
Life.
Life meant nothing when he wasn't a part of it.
He was happy with her, and she was slipping deeper into her own grief.
Life wasn't worth living anymore, was it?
End.
So she took a piece of glass, and just cut everywhere.
It was all blood, too much blood. It was the start of the end.
She couldn't survive for long. The shards of her broken heart cut deeper than the glass.
Death.
Death was peaceful. No heartbreak, no disappointments. The pain did not bother her.
She was content.
She loved him so much that it killed her.
