LIGHTS IN PAPER
The world is full of lights.
Some are visible, others invisible, none imperceptible.
Some are colorful, others white, none black.
Some are hot, others cold, none insensitive.
Some are the reflection of your dreams waiting to being made true, others are a reflection of your broken dreams, none is in the dark about your hopes.
The lights of silver drops, glittering from their chains as if they were diamonds polished by time. These pendants that contain the feelings of the person who gives them and their silvery strands. Occasionally, these feelings are so strong that they give a form to the drop, showing themselves in this way to all who see the pendant.
Sometimes, these pendants contain so much love that they take the form of a heart, that the light of a candle makes shine as if it was a piece of glass.
The lights of excited, amazed, tenderly eyes appear suddenly, surprising who see them, these eyes and their glow. They are sparks in happy eyes, fulls of life and a thousand words to say but that don't need to be said, because traveling in that light of the pupils are the thousand words plus the feeling causing them.
Sometimes, those eyes are like a heart riding wildly after the union of lips, they are eyes brighter than if a light flashed them.
The lights of the stars unfold on a black cloak to accompany the Moon, that illuminates the city with its silvery glow. The stars and the Moon are always there, watching for us, they are our silent confidants. What our hearts know, the stars and the Moon are the only to share it and maybe some other owl walking around.
Sometimes, the stars and the Moon lead the lost steps of the passenger to their protégés, like that gray kitten walking solitary and discreet in the street, until he was adopted and innocently baptized as "Licht", derived from light.
The lights of fireworks rise, climbing in the sky, and explode under the astonished eyes with a wonderful racket, which rumbles like a drum in rhythm with people hearts, over who a thousand birds fly in a perfect circle and scatter patches of bright colors on the night black ink.
Sometimes, the fireworks surprise two lovers, in that moment in which the hearts, already burning of desires, skip a heartbeat when they are interrupted in their dreams by the sudden firing of light in the sky.
The lights... the sentinel lights. They are the rarest and most beautiful of all. They are sentinels because they are guardians of unique moments, which nothing except another light like a firework can interrupt. The only thing known about these lights is they appear in moments of flushes, fiery words, repressed desires, keeping for them the rhythm of two hearts beating at the same time.
Misaki, I hope that when you'll read this letter, at least one of my lights will remember you a special moment, because if I join all these lights, I get an even more brilliant and important LIGHT, the one that illuminates every day of my life and makes me be a perverted alien: you, Misaki Ayuzawa.
I love you,
Usui T.
PD: you're blushing, aren't you?
Hi again! There's another little one-hot, the shorter one I've made and also the most difficult for me. Well, I hope you won't kill me for my mistakes (sorry, it was really difficult to translate this) and above all that you've enjoyed! ^^
I would be glad if you put a review, I'm always like the Manager when I see them! xD
In any case, I hope you enjoyed this! :)
