Otori was in his manor, looking at himself in the mirror, all dressed up, only there was no reflection. Sighing, he goes into the moonlit garden out back when he spots a little bat. Going over to it, he asks, "What are you doing?"

The bat is startled and tries to fly away, only for Otori to grab his leg and drag him back down. The bat sulks, "S-sorry…" Otori sighs, and takes a good look at the little bat. Blood red wings, teeth similar to his own, brown hair, and emerald green eyes staring into his own ruby ones. 'Cute!' is what Otori is thinking.

"I'm Otori Itsuki, the Dracula and lord of this manor. You are?" he asks. The bat answers, "Hoshitani Yuta. Wandering bat." Raising an eyebrow, Otori asks, "Would you like to be my servant?"

Hoshitani's shocked for a second, "Eh? Why?" Otori smiles, "Because, you're rather cute for a bat. I would love it if you were my servant!" Hoshitani blushes, 'C-cute?!' "Besides, if you don't, I'm going to have to kick you out," Otori adds as he continues to smile. "O-OK. I'll be your servant," Hoshitani says, not realizing what he's just signed up for. Otori smiles in satisfaction at his new servant, gesturing to follow him inside, which Hoshitani does.

Inside, Otori leads his new servant into the den, a warm fire burning in the fireplace. Sitting down in his chair, Otori asks the bat to make him some tea, along with directions to the kitchen. Hoshitani complies, getting the tea ready for him, then coming back and serving it to his new master.

Otori sips his tea, "Not bad," he comments, which makes Hoshitani happy. Smiling, he puts the cup of tea down on the table next to his chair, and gestures for Hoshitani to come closer. Hoshitani reluctantly obeys, when Otori suddenly pulls him into his lap.

Blushing, Hoshitani looks up at his master, eyes full of confusion, and feeling slightly scared. Otori pets his bat's hair, closing his eyes and smiling, "I'm glad you became my servant, Yuta. I've been lonely for quite awhile now." Blinking at that, Hoshitani leans into his master's touch, interlocking their fingers together, trying to reassure him, "It's OK. You're not alone anymore."

Otori smiles, "Thank you," before planting a kiss on his bat's lips, hand still in Yuta's hair, the other gripping Yuta's hand tight. Hoshitani closes his eyes, giving into him. After pulling apart, they smile at each other, happy.

It's been a week since then. Hoshitani is used to the manor by now, and is performing his duties as Otori's servant. Otori, no longer alone, is happy with Yuta, especially since they cuddle during the day and kiss at night.
