I walked into the house, or more like - stormed. Will followed me in telling me to calm down, and trying to explain what was happening to his Mum over the phone. "Mum, she's just upset - calm it, were at Kurt and Blaine's now, they'll sort it out" He tried to explain, but I could still hear Aunt Rachel screeching on the other end.

"What's happening?" Kurt yelled from the kitchen, appearing in the living room seconds later, I didn't say anything just collapsed on into the sofa, not caring about how un-lady like I looked and tried not to cry, since I had a feeling that would be a bit too over-dramatic.

"How did choir practise go? Did you get in?" Blaine said appearing beside Kurt, absolutely oblivious to what was happening, I looked up at both my Dad's and Will sat down, a little bit more gracefully than I did on the sofa. "What? They didn't let you in?" He then said, looking confused, I shook my head.

"They didn't even let her audition" Will said, putting an arm around me, my father's faces dropped and the brows furrowed in confusion as they both sat down on the sofa opposite.

"Apparently, I can't be a cheerleader and a singer at the same time" I mumbled, it was totally pathetic, and by the looks of it, that's what everyone else thought too.

"They can't do that, who even said that?" Kurt asked.

"Their 'leader'" I said sarcastically "He's not even like, a teacher - he's a junior," I explained. They both looked confused, I just looked at them.

"Oliver St James" I heard Will said beside me, again my dad's faces changed to shock.

"Oliver St James?" Kurt repeated, disbelieving - I looked at him, confused - and then Will seemed to of realised what he, himself had just said.

"No way - Jesse's still in New York?" He said, I looked at him and then realised.

Jesse.

St James.

Oh yeah.

"Oliver's Jesse's son?" I said, Will had already pulled his phone out and was dialling his mum.

"Oh, Hi Mom? Remember that Jesse guy you told me about?" He asked. "Yes, the guy you dated before realising how much you loved Dad" He carried on, I couldn't help but laugh. "Yes, I've met him - we saw him on Broadway a few years back" there was another pause "Does he have a son?" He finally got round to asking, there was a few more seconds before he hung up. "Yeah, it's him"

"Okay, back to the whole Choir rejection thing" Blaine said over dinner, I rolled my eyes. "They can't do that" He said, I looked at him as if he was stupid.

"As much as I love you, do you not think we've already figured at out?" I asked him, motioning between Will and I. Blaine shrugged his shoulder innocently and Kurt laughed.

"I think, what he meant was that you've been brought up by us two, and Rachel Berry as your aunt, not to mention being best friends with her son" Kurt explained, pointing at Will. "And you've not yet figured out that the way to do this is force them to sit down and listen to you sing…and make sure they don't regret it" He finished, and he was right - that probably was only way it was going to happen.

"Yeah - that's what I meant…I guess" Blaine said, smiling quite awkwardly.

"And can I just say, as a boost of confidence for you - no one regrets listening to you sing" Will said, I rolled my eyes and carried on eating.
