Steve…Merry Christmas, hun. ;-)
Miss Parker stalked around the bare cage like bars of the holding cell, her stiletto heels clicking sharply on the cement floor. She studied the being within with veiled curiosity. Lithe strong body, pale almost white skin with under tones of green, silk white hair elaborately braided, black almost armor like clothing. The creature could have almost passed as human, almost.
She wasn't sure how the Center had acquired him, but it was her job to interrogate the creature. She slowly drew out a cigarette and took her time lighting it. She took a long draw from it and blew the smoke in the direction of the creature. She looked over the folder she had been handed and glanced at the name. She quirked an eyebrow.
"So, you're Steve," she said, eyeing him. "What are you exactly?"
The being smiled coldly at her. "I am far more than you can understand."
Miss Parker rolled her eyes. "Right." She looked the folder over once more. "It says you're a Wraith. You 'draw the life-force out a human through some kind of feeding aperture in your hand'."
"You have fire," the Wraith stated. "I have not feed on someone with such spirit in centuries."
"Please," Miss Parker snapped. "As if. You really think you can intimidate me? I've sucked more men dry than you could imagine." She smirked at him. "Let's just leave you down here for a while. We'll see if you're more cooperative when you get hungry." She turned on her heel and walked slowly and purposefully out of the room. This would be fun. He might prove useful, once he was housebroken.
