Definitely one of the more sad ones I have written. My grandma read everything I wrote today, except addiction *giggle* and she said it was the best one, so- I mean I'm happy with it. As usual, sorry in advance for any mistakes. This isn't beta-ed, but I do have spell check.

Prompt: Abandoned

A long time ago, she had been happy. Long before abandoning mothers, drunken fathers, and dating the 'bad boy'. She had even been happy waking up on her twelfth birthday- only until she realized her mother was gone. That morning, a fake smile plastered on his face, her father made her chocolate chip pancakes, and taught her to pick a lock.

That was the last time she saw him sober. Sure, there were moments between the drunkenness. But after that morning, he abandoned her too. Between her parents, and countless boyfriends, Andy had to wonder: what made everyone abandon her?

Poor Andy. I wish they would delve more into her charcter. I think she's alot deeper than we think. All of the characters come to the showing carrying some sort of baggage, and I find it refreshing. Everyone deals with shit. Tell me what you like, tell me what to change, but no flames. Flames burn my writing fingers.
