A/N : OK, So this is my first ever Twilight fan fiction. Basically, one of Victoria's newborns hid just outside of La Push for a while, and didn't get caught. Then, when she notices Jacob Black running away (at the end of Eclipse) she decides to follow him. Jacob decides to go to Scotland, where the weather fits his emotions well.
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the characters, except Asia. If I did own Twilight, do you think I'd be writing fan fiction? No. I'd be out buying shoes. XD.
Because I love you
He was five miles away. She could smell him. God, that smell was disgusting. She reminded herself why she was following him in the first place. She has first saw him at First Beach, a year ago. One whole year. She remembered everything about him from that time so well. His long hair, his gorgeous eyes. It was back then, that she had fallen in love. Fallen in love with Jacob Black.
Then she had gone back home, to Seattle, and never saw him again. Until after the battle. Jacob was the only memory of her human life that she had left. Victoria had only told her that her parents didn't want her any more, and that Victoria was going to raise her as her daughter. Yeah right, she thought.
He was about twelve miles away now. The smell was still strong. She began to run after him, at a non-human speed.
Of course, she wasn't human. There was nothing human about her, with her tanned skin, waist length black hair and purple eyes. She sighed as she ran. Purple eyes, that never changed. Never had she had black eyes, or topaz, or red. Always purple. Bright, glowing purple.
She slowed her run to a jog, even though she was still faster than the average human would be when running. He wasn't that far away now, and she didn't want him to smell her. She smirked as she remembered that he wouldn't be able to smell her for about another mile. She loved her special talent. Her senses that were more enhanced, even better than that of a normal vampire. She could here him running, though the sound was very faint. He ran with such grace!
For the first time since starting her journey, she realised where she was. She was in a deserted field, on the way to Seattle. The way she had come with Victoria. And then she realised where Jacob was going. The airport. She'd have to communicate with him somehow, to find out where he was going.
She was going to have to talk to him. And that wouldn't be easy.
She sped up again, running at about 100mph. She'd catch up with him in a matter of minutes. He could probably smell her now. Yes, he did. She heard him slowing, his steps become less frequent, and she ran to catch up.
There he was. Just a mere five metres away from her, in his human form. He wrinkled his nose in disgust, and she smiled at him as she slowly walked towards him. "Who are you?" he whispered, and she heard every word loud and clear.
She grinned even more at the sound of his voice.
"I am Asia. Asia Sparks".
