~Ritual~

She didn't want to move. She'd never felt so warm or more comfortable in her whole life. She felt very exposed but in her current position, she did not mind.

Opening her eyes ever so slightly, she was met by a ray of unwelcomed sunlight, which wasn't exactly appreciated. She cursed mentally before opening her eyes once more and squinting until they adjusted.

She groaned slightly before really drinking in her surroundings. What she saw wasn't exactly a surprise, but it was unexpected. Had she not sworn to herself the previous morning that she would not find herself in this particular room again for both their sakes?

She looked down at their naked bodies, intertwined underneath the sheets. Her head was laid delicately on his broad chest, his arms draped across her waist. She gently pushed against his chest, knowing that he was awake and he chuckled at her impatience.

"Good Morning to you too, Guinevere,"

"Arthur! You know very well that I have work to do and I can't very well do it while your arm is restricting me from moving,"

Arthur smirked, "It shall remain there,"

"You may very well be the Prince of Camelot, but I am just a handmaiden-"

"A very beautiful one at that," he interrupted, sneaking a kiss on her collarbone.

"-who doesn't have the same privileges as you do,"

"Do you want to know what I think?" he reasoned

"No,"

"I think I could share my privileges with a certain someone,"

She had to laugh at that and he tightened his grip on her waist, continuing to kiss her just about everywhere he could reach.

So Guinevere soon forgot about her duties. No one seemed to mind.

Especially not her at the specific moment in time.

For waking up in the Prince's chambers was becoming a ritual for her.

A welcomed one at that.

Thanks for reading. :D Just something I wrote to put of the writers block that may or may not be sneaking into my creative mind. *Pouts*
