Disclaimer: Don't own Harry Potter

Note: This is for the challenge "The Boggart Challenge". The character I'm using is: Rowena Ravenclaw! Be warned, I might just add a few more characters for fun, but for the Challenge this is the entry I want to do.

*-*-*Normal POV *-*-*

Rowena Ravenclaw was not afraid. It's a fact. She's a very bright, intellectual, and quite witty witch for her age. She has discovered so much wisdom; there is nothing for her to fear. It is a common fact the average witch Rowena's age knows 1/4 of what Rowena knows.

So when Godric Gryffindor dared her to go up to the sixth floor and explore the rooms, she channeled her inner Gryffindor and immediately leapt to the Challenge. Obviously, she could do the dare in one day, and what would be so 'scary' as Godric put it, that she'd come screaming down the halls?

*-*-*Rowena's POV*-*-*

The dimly lit long corridor –the last corridor in the Sixth Floor- held only three doors. She sighed in relief, walking up and down corridors all day had been quite tiring, and nothing of interest had been in any rooms.

She sighed; the first classroom in the corridor was just like the rest: Plain and Boring. The second classroom was charmed to have you float to the ceiling upside-down –nothing a quick spell she knew wouldn't stop. Holding her breath, she slowly turned the handle to the third and final door. She closed her eyes, this was way too boring, something in here was supposedly too scary for her to handle. Well if she was going to savor the moment of being braver than Godric himself, she might as well do it slowly.

The door creaked open and light flooded the room. At first it was another boring classroom. Well, might as well leave and be done with it. Rowena thought to herself smirking, but then all of a sudden the colors vanished from the wall, and the floor turned black, the objects in the rooms disappearing only to be transform into something else.

Rowena paused, rubbing her eyes and suddenly the room flared hot white and she shut them tightly as it changed. But this change was not a good one.

The smell of burning parchment opened her eyes, and she widened them to the size of dinner plates. She was standing in front of some sort of Library, with white columns at the side of it, and a Scroll written in Latin that was burning right before her eyes. She read it quickly and realized in English it would mean "Wit beyond Measure is Man's greatest treasure".

Suddenly, the columns came tumbling down as the building erupted into flames, all the knowledge in the world slowly burning to a crisp. Smoke burned her eyes as tears swelled up. She had to do something, anything to save knowledge. She pulled out her wand.

"Agumenti!" She shouted as water poured onto the parchment. But the flames licked it up, not dying as they swirled around the papers destroying each and every word. Entranced in the whole thing someone sobs could be heard. It took Rowena only five seconds to realize it was her own. She sighed suddenly snapping out of it as the room shifted. It was some sort of battlefield, something she didn't recognize. Then it hit her like a pound of flying bricks.

"I saw a Boggart, didn't I?" She asked turning around to Godric. He couldn't smirk, he couldn't grin, and he couldn't even muster an 'I told you so'. He'd witness the whole thing, what her Boggart was. And he thought it'd be silly book burning up, no all of that was Torture. He shuddered and Rowena ran to him hugging him as she slowly let her tears flow down her cheeks.

"It's okay." He said. He would help her get over her fear.
