The Advantages of Having a Mentally Unstable Twin
Harry blinked, his eyes locked upon what had to be the most beautiful girl he had ever seen in his life. Rich, burgundy hair framed her face in thick waves, as sharp cheekbones rose to meet bright green eyes, accented by dark lashes that were so long, they just had to be fake. Well, either that or she invested in some pretty high-end mascara.
Honestly, if he were not so hopelessly in love with the way-out-of-his-league Cho Chang, Harry would have definitely considered joining her fanclub. Not to say he was aware of any fanclub in her honor, but realistically there had to be one...or at least a group of well-meaning, devoted stalkers he could cozy up with. Looks like that weren't just given a passing glance.
"...and, so, after defeating my last opponent, the dragon king, with ancient spells taught to me by the veela convent I had stayed with," she paused, finally registering Harry's presence among her rabid fans. "Oh my, Harry? Is that you?"
Like Dudley to a socially-awkward, world weary, ready to be bullied seven-year-old, she propelled herself forward, hugging Harry with a ferocity that was matched only by Dursley family reunions. "Erm, hello…" Harry mumbled, coughing awkwardly.
"Hello!" came her cheerful response, lacking any sort of apology. Of course, Harry wasn't complaining - she was hot. "My name's Artemisia Esmeralda Sapphire Fire Potter, but you can call me Misia for short! I'm your twin sister, but due to particular circumstances, I was adopted by a lovely vampire and werewolf couple." Her statement was punctuated by a blinding smile.
Harry swallowed. Dear Merlin, she was allegedly insane!

Author's Note: Just a little story that I whipped up over my Christmas Break. If I am completely honest, I'm not quite sure where this story is going and this chapter is more of test run than anything, however it is set in Harry's fourth year during the Goblet of Fire. As for the title, I'm hoping it doesn't offend anybody. I, personally, suffer from an anxiety disorder, so I mean it all in gest, and am certainly not attempting to undermine the very real struggles of those with mental illnesses.
