Susan held M.J.'s hand as they crossed the street of Wisteria Lane, rushing over to the stopped school bus, waiting impatiently for M.J. He tried to shake her squeezing hand off his wrist as friends from the back of the bus spotted them and laughed. He felt his cheeks go red and finally shook his mother's hand off and ran the rest of the way across the road and boarded the bus. Susan beamed as she watched her son aboard the bus with friends until it turned the corner.

Just as she stepped back onto the pavement, returning home, a speeding Porsche flew around the corner and knocked Susan nearly off her feet as it flew by her. The music from the open car window was deafening Susan and she covered her ears until the car braked outside Paul Young's old house before he passed on (more like shot dead) and the engine and music turned off.

Out of the Porsche stepped what looked like a twenty-something blonde bimbo wearing a white tank top and denim shorts to show off her tanned legs. Sunglasses laid on top of her silky blonde hair and her outfit was topped off with killer wedge heels. It was 7:30am and it was sunny but not that hot.

Susan folded her sweater covered arms and walked on over to greet what looked like her new neighbour. As she walked by Bree's house, Bree also noticed her new neighbour through her window and came out to join Susan. Then followed Lynette, Gabrielle and Renee as they all walked up to the girl's driveway and watched the girl, unsuccessfully, lift her luggage out of the trunk of her car.

"Need a hand?" Lynette finally said after the fifth try, which the girl, panting, nodded.

Think that it would be a piece of cake, Lynette didn't even try lifting the first suitcase but couldn't even lift it an inch, even with all of her strength. It took Susan, Lynette and Bree to lift the suitcase out of the trunk while Renee and Gabrielle introduced their selves.

"Gabrielle Solis here but you can call me Gaby."

"I'm Renee Perry. Yes, the ex-wife of Yankee, Doug Perry. So, who are we talking to?"

"Oh…I'm Lucy, Lucy Hudson. No…sorry, that's my old married name. Just call me Lucy."

By this time, Susan, Lynette and Bree were done getting the luggage out of the trunk and joined into the conversation as a smirk appeared on Renee's face.

"Oh, so you have been married?"

"Don't remind me! He was my high school boyfriend and when we graduated from high school, we flew to Vegas and got married. We divorced a year later. People still call me by my married name."

"But you're so young to be divorced!" Bree exclaimed.

"I'm 23 but I made a huge mistake when I was younger."

"So, where are you coming from?" Lynette asked.

"I come from Lima, Ohio. My mother died before I moved. She was the only thing keeping me there. I made enough enemies back there so I want to start over in a new place."

"We would be happy to be your friends," Susan said. "We're actually having a Poker Night tonight at Gaby's house. Come over if you want to at 9.00. Gaby's house is the yellow one."

"Great! Thanks! Now I have to get my house ready, ugh!"

As the women turned to return to their homes, Lucy wheeled her suitcase to her door, the only thing on her mind was What if they find out the real me?
