Woah. Karma sure felt something when Amy kissed her. It was like she was in heaven for 30 seconds, and, when they stopped, it was like falling from the clouds with no parachute. But it was impossible. Karma never doubted her sexuality. She was straight, right? She liked Liam, right? Well, now she wasn't so sure.

But the real question was: did Amy feel something? It sure didn't seem like it. So, Karma decided it was better not to say anything or things could become weird and she didn't want to lose her best friend.

Karma spent all day trying to convince herself she was straight. Unfortunately, that kiss was all she could think about. How soft Amy's lips were, how gently she kissed Karma, everything about it was just perfect. Although she couldn't admmit it out loud, kissing Amy was way better than kissing Liam.

Later that day, Karma was in bed having thoughts she wasn't really proud of when her phone rang. It was Amy. Oh god. Should she pick it up? She wasn't sure she was ready to talk to her yet. Well, if I don't answer it she might suspect something is wrong, and I'm not sure I'll be able to come up with an apology, Karma thought. So, she answered it.

"Hey, Karma, I'm stopping by your place in 10 minutes. I think we need to talk."

"Umm, okay"

Damn it. She shouldn't have answered the phone. What if Amy noticed she had been acting strange today and was coming over to ask her about it? God, Karma really shouldn't have answered her phone.

Not later after that, Karma heard the doorbell ring. Could she pretend she wasn't home? Yeah, that wasn't such a good idea. So she answered the door.

"Hi", said Amy.

"Hey"

"May I come in?"

"Yeah, of course"

So they made their way upstairs into Karma's bedroom. Karma was so nervous she could explode any minute soon, while her best friend didn't seem nervous at all. In fact, she was the one to break the silence.

"So, Karma, are you sure you wanna keep doing that?"

"Doing what?"

"Pretending to be lesbians"

Well, if being a lesbian meant she could keep kissing Amy she was pretty sure she didn't want to stop it.

"Yeah, of course. I mean, it feels pretty nice to… Um, be popular, you know? Now everyone in school knows our names, that's practically a dream come true. I know you don't really care about that but couldn't you keep doing it? For me? Pleeeeeeease?"

"Okay" Amy ansered with a smirk.

"Yay" Karma couldn't help it but to open a huge smile.

"But are you sure things won't become weird between us?"

"Of course they won't"

But Karma was lying. Things did become weird.
