Minnie was in her own music city store until Cody walked in.

"Oh! Good afternoon, sir! Welcome to Minnie's Music City! My name's Minnie Mouse. How may I help you?" Minnie asks.

"Yes. I would like to buy a nice, shiny..." Cody doesn't say clarinet, instead he makes the sound of a clarinet playing music.

"Well, would you mind repeating it, sir?" Minnie asks again, because she couldn't understand what sound Cody made.

"Oh, indeed. What I said was, I would like to buy a nice shiny..." Cody makes the sound of a clarinet again.

"Oh. Of course, sir. Certainly. You may be one of those. I'll be right back." Minnie chuckles as she walks off.

"Boy, I can't wait to play my nice, shiny-" Cody says, and makes the sound of a clarinet.

"Alright. Here you go, sir. A nice, beautiful violin." Minnie said, as she brought in the violin.

"No, no, no, I don't want a..." Cody makes the sound of a violin, instead of just saying it. "...you see? Because what I asked for was a nice shiny..." He then makes the sound of a clarinet again.

"Oh my, of course. I'll take the violin back. I'll be right with you, hmm?" Minnie said as she walked off, taking the violin away.

"Boy, imagine me bringing me a..." Cody makes the sound of a violin. "...when what I asked for in the first place was a nice, shiny..." Cody then makes the sound of a clarinet again.

"Okay. Here you go, sir. I'm sure you'll like this nice, little piano. I used to play it in the classics." Minnie says, as she brought in the little piano.

"No, no, no, no. You see, that is not a..." Cody made the sound of the clarinet... "Cause it's obvious that that is a..." He then makes the sound of a playing piano.

"Oh. So it is. Sorry. I'll be right back." Minnie took the piano away and walked off.

"Gee. You'd think Minnie Mouse in a music store would know the difference between a..." Cody made the sound of the piano... "...and what I asked for was a nice, brand new, shiny..." Cody then made the sound of a musical clarinet.

"Well, here you are, sir. I'm sure you'd like to bang on the drum. Is that drum or a beauty or is it not, sir?" Minnie said as she bought in the drum.

"No, no, no, no, no! You've got it all wrong. That is a..." Cody makes the sound of the drum. "And that's not what I asked for. I asked for a..." Cody now makes the sound of the clarinet again.

"Oh! Well, of course! Now I know what you want! Just a moment!" Minnie took the drum back.

"Oh, boy. First she brings me a..." Cody first makes the sound of a violin. "...which wasn't what I wanted in the first place, then she brings me a..." Cody makes the second sound of a piano. "Now she brings me a..." And third, Cody made the sound of the drum. "...when all I wanted was a nice shiny..." Cody makes the final sound of a clarinet.

"Here you are, sir! A nice, shiny new clarinet! And a clarinet is what you asked for all along, was it?" Minnie now brings in the clarinet which is what Cody asked for.

"That looks like a nice shiny..." Cody puts the clarinet in his hand, and makes the sound of it. Minnie listens to it very well.

"Ooh, wonderful!" Minnie giggled. Cody then gives Minnie the money, and walks off with the clarinet.

"Pleasure doing business with you." Minnie said, and waved goodbye.

"Gee, I thought he was pretty good." Minnie said. "I was going to ask him if he'd like to join in our..." Minnie makes the sound of the jazz music, while the short ends.
