As she ran through the dark woods Lara turned her head to see if anyone was following her causing her tangled hair to stick to her sweaty forehead. She was panting with a stitch in her side but kept running determined to keep herself as far away from the campsite as possible. The deatheaters had shown up, drunk, crazy and on a rampage. She and her mother and father had been part of the screaming crowd trying to get out of their way but in the mess of everything had been separated. The last thing she heard her father shout was to run and hide. Terrified she had ran as fast as she could into the forest and not stopped since. Exhausted she finally decided to take a break and rest against a tree trunk. Giving her tired eyes a rest she closed them and unconsciously feel asleep.

An hour later…

She was awakened by the breaking of a twig close by. Her eyes opened slightly looking at the bush in front of her. It was moving. She scrambled to her feet and backed away.

"Who's there?" she asked in an uncertain tone of voice." At the same time a group of people came into the clearing she had backed up into.

"OUCH! RON! That was my foot!" Came a female voice.

"Sorry." Came a reply.

"Hello?" Lara asked uncertainly. The three jumped in alarm. There was a breeze that moved the clouds causing the moonlight to illuminate them. "Hello?" She asked again.

"Hi." Said the one who she hadn't heard from yet. He was wearing galsses and even in the dark you could tell they were green. He had messy dark hair and he was looking as confused as she was. "Are you hiding from the deatheaters too?" He asked.

"Yea" but that was all she got out before there was an awful voice that shot from behind them. There was a burst of light and then. Quite. The girl that was them gasped pointing at the sky. The rest of them looked up toward the sky and then realized what was going on.

"We have to go! NOW!" but they didn't get two steps before there were popping noises all around them. The three people she had met hit the forest floor, just as there were stunning spells shot from all directions. Lara felt pain all over and tried to scream but her voice wasn't working right. She fell to the ground stiff and lay there with the dark mark reflecting in her stunned glassy eyes.

Please r&r.
